Jocelyn Whiteley

I began my career with Ashbaugh Beal in 2015, following an intensive Summer Associate position in 2014. During that time I was actively involved in numerous cases at all stages of litigation, from preparing for pre-trial alternative dispute resolution to drafting a settlement agreement. At Ashbaugh Beal, my practice is focused on the resolution of commercial disputes, primarily in the fields of construction and insurance recovery. My experiences have taught me that compassion, unwavering dedication and hard work will allow me to achieve excellent results for my clients no matter what legal issue they encounter.
