I recently graduated from the University of Washington School of Law and was sworn in by the Washington State Bar Association. Although I’m a new lawyer, I’ve already had significant commercial litigation experience, specifically in the areas of construction and insurance recovery. I recently worked on a bid dispute where we obtained a successful court decision on behalf of our client for a multimillion dollar public construction project.
I joined the firm as a summer associate in 2016 and have hands-on experience working on all stages of litigation, including: legal research, and writing complaints, motions and discovery requests. I have experience working directly with clients, and enjoy developing strategies designed to achieve their goals and desired outcomes.
During law school I developed my case management skills representing low income individuals and small businesses in tax controversy proceedings with the IRS and United States Tax Court. I look forward to my career at Ashbaugh Beal and developing my practice in the areas of construction law and insurance recovery.
