Chris Ferrell

I joined Ashbaugh Beal in 2015 following an intensive summer internship during which I participated in asset sales, mergers, and contract negotiations, and had active involvement in contract drafting, company formation, and securities issuances for private companies. My practice focuses on company formation and general corporate counsel matters, contract drafting, and securities regulation. I understand the personal attention that clients need and I commit myself on a daily basis to providing responsive, effective counsel to all of my clients.
