James Grossman

Through my legal experience, I have learned nothing is more important than communication. I always ensure that in any matter, lawsuit or otherwise, goals are set by the client, all avenues of resolution are discussed and a plan of action is agreed upon. My focus is to make my clients feel comfortable about their options and confidently move forward towards resolution.  I fully respect and understand that when clients come to me with a dispute or potential case that their time and money is sacred. I aim to provide efficient and effective representation on every case, big or small. 

Since graduating from law school, I have litigated several jury trials and obtained the clients’ desired verdicts. I feel it is important that clients know that when I take on a case, I know what it takes to resolve the matter, whether that means going all the way to a jury trial, mediation or summary judgment.
